Does my order require a signature the day of delivery?

If you do not require a signature at the time of delivery please let us know in your order.

Can I track my order?

You may track your package with the tracking number we supply once we start the shipping process. You may also sign up for Arrive and track it all the way as way. 

How do I send my return item(s) back?

In your package you will receive both an invoice, packing slip and a return page. The return page should be filled out for you to send back with your return item(s). All items should be sent back to our post office box please. 

What do I do if my order is damaged, lost or I received an incorrect item or incorrect size?

Upon receiving your item, whether incorrect size or item, please notify s immediately via telephone or email please and we will correct the error.

We are not responsible for items that have been damaged or lost by the USPS, you must notify the USPS to let them know of this error, if you need our assistance, we will be glad to assist you in this.

Where is my order confirmation or shipping email?

Please check your spam folder for your email confirmation if this does not show in your Inbox after your purchase has been made.

How or can I make changes to my order that has been placed but has not yet been shipped?

You are not able to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed. If you let us know we will do our best to correct the issue. 

Can I buy an item online and pick up in the boutique?

If you purchase online and want to pick up your merchandise, please let us know in the check out field. ** Online pick up is by appointment ONLY. **

What do I do if I have not received my order but my shipping status says it has been delivered?
